2025 Lakeland Chamber Cohort Schedule

Michelle Ledford Consulting is proud to bring the Being ATHENA program to Lakeland, Florida in collaboration with The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
 
Program includes five half-day sessions. Attendance at all sessions is required. Only one absence is allowed in order to receive your completion certificate.
 
Cohort is limited to the first 30 registered participants.
 
Program Fee: $1,000/participant

Wednesdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm

  • Session 1:  August 13, 2025
  • Session 2:  August 27, 2025
  • Session 3:  September 10, 2025
  • Session 4:  September 24, 2025
  • Session 5:  October 8, 2025
Participants will receive their completion certificates and be recognized during The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce - ATHENA Awards Luncheon on October 8, 2025.

Celebrating the Transformational Power of Enlightened Leadership in the Workplace

In each session, Michelle Ledford, an ATHENA certified facilitator guide and ATHENA Leadership Award Recipient, will lead participants through learning modules including self-reflection activities, breakout sessions, conflict resolution, guest speaker Q and A, group discussions, current events and content relevant to “enlightened leadership”, corresponding to these eight principles.

The Being ATHENA™ Leadership Participants Experience
